One Ecuador (Volume I and II)

Un Ecuador Volumes I and II — brings together Pedro Meyer’s visual and emotional journey through different moments, travels and returns to Ecuador. This collection interweaves memory, archive and personal experience in a photographic narrative that transforms the journey into a reflection on time, identity and vision. From the first encounters with the territory to the return to the Galápagos Islands and the archives revisited years later, both volumes dialogue with each other to construct an intimate and documentary work where photography becomes a sensitive testimony of lived experience. With editing and texts by Yinna Higuera, the complete collection presents Un Ecuador in a format designed to preserve and explore the work continuously, connecting image, body and memory through two fundamental volumes.
