STORY COLLECTION
MIRAMAR
by Pedro Meyer
With more than 60 years of experience and over a million images in his archive, Pedro Meyer undertakes the task of sharing a diversity of stories that accompany this constantly evolving work.
These stories encompass not only his photographic vision but also an essential part of his professional activities throughout his career. The Miramar collection is a retrospective and autobiographical compendium, composed of more than 41 volumes that document his photographic development from the 1950s to the incorporation of recent technologies, such as AI.
The testimonial value, accompanied by a personal narrative, allows us to understand the contents and explore new ways of understanding the author’s photography.
MIRAMAR
is, for me, looking at infinity
Have you ever been in front of the sea like this and not thought about infinity?
That sea collects all your fantasies of the past, present, and future.
Hence my idea for the name of the collection.
